 * Can I add my own lenthy disclaimer to a visual form? I have quite a bit of my
   own text to add to my form in between the regular form boxes. I can’t put it 
   before or after the form fields but has to go in between.
    Example: Form with
   form fields then a disclaimer then the rest of the form, submit.
