Visual Form Builder – Export not showing all fields

Hello, great plugin. Only problem I’m having is when I go to export form data.
The first form in the list gives me all the options it should – it shows all of the fields available for that that form and I can select or unselect which fields I want to include in the export file.
When I select a different form from the list though, the fields list updates but does not include all of the fields for the selected form. It just includes the default fields:
• Entries ID
• Date Submitted
• IP Address
• Subject
• Sender Name
• Sender Email
• Emailed To

I have a whole bunch of other fields that I would like to include in the export…anyone else have this issue or know of a fix? I’m using the most current version of the plugin.
