# Visual Form Builder Pro Form Approval function

 * I am using Visual Form Builder Pro and would like to create a default field for
   every instance of a specific for which is initially set to Private (Unapproved)
   and then from within the admin area be able to modify the field (set) it to Public(
   Approved). With that field I then only want to display (show) Public (Approved)
   forms on my site. I am pretty certain I am can not be the first person to request/
   want this… any ideas or help is appreciated.

 * VFB doesn’t have a feature like that. Really, you don’t need VFB to make the 
   forms private or public.
 * Just use the Visibility setting in the WordPress Publish box to control the public
   aspect of the page.

 * Hi Matt, I really want to use a single form for two purposes:
 * one, as an application (pending approval) then
    second, to use the same form 
   and content to make a viewable document as a persons ‘listing’ to provide a service.(
   In my situation that is Genealogy consulting).
