 * Can you please be more specific? What exactly is not working?
 * Please try the following temporary steps to troubleshoot:
    - Switch to the Twenty Fifteen theme
    - Deactivate all of your plugins, no exceptions
    - Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
    - Re-login and visit the post editor
 * Do you still get the problem when you do that?

 * I’m having the same issue. I followed your instruction, Matthew, and identified
   the plugin that causes this. It’s **jetpack**.
 * I’m at the 2015 theme and activating the plug-ins one by one, thus, have identified
   this as the cause.

 * Sorry guys. The WYSWIG (?) or rich editor is not loading/working.
 * After the page was loaded, you can’t encode/type (for new post) or edit (for 
   existing post), unless you transferred to the text tab.

   the problem is Jetpack then just wait for your thread to be answered there. They
   have good support over there so they should get to your thread soon.
