 * I have a simple wordpress blog here: [http://evolvedtools.com/blog/wordpress/](http://evolvedtools.com/blog/wordpress/),
   on shared host, installed in subfolder of the main website I have.
    I have methodically
   gone through the minify settings in the “w3 total cache” panel , but I still
   have render – blocking css. Is there any way to eliminate render blocking css
   as per the Notification given in pagespeed Insights ? At least on my website
   I can combine all the css into one, but I don’t even see that option here. This
   cms business is killing me. Minifying the css I can do myself, but IS THERE ANY
   SOLUTION FOR LEVERAGING RENDER BLOCKING CSS?
