W3 total cache self CDN

Hello to everyone ,
i have a little problem witch is :
I followed this tutorial to create my self CDN and :

On page “/account/” nothings work ,the browser dont find cache content on my cdn. here is screenshot
– How can set W3 to store cache in to cdn ? because i see with FTP W3 store the cache file in /public_html/wp-content/cache/
