    I installed W3 Total Cache plugin, and got following warning when doing setting.

    The permalink structure (/%postname%.html) does not include a trailing slash, disk enhanced page caching will fail to cache most requests.

    My question: what is suitable permalink setting for the W3 Total Cache, and good for SEO in general

    Add “/” at end of your permalink like this
    /%postname%.html/

    Before: /%postname%.html
    After: /%postname%.html/

    The second question to javason’s question wasn’t answered. Is the trailing slash bad for SEO?
