 * I installed W3 Total Cache plugin, and got following warning when doing setting.
 * > The permalink structure (/%postname%.html) does not include a trailing slash,
   > disk enhanced page caching will fail to cache most requests.
 * My question: what is suitable permalink setting for the W3 Total Cache, and good
   for SEO in general
