W3 Total Cache with MXCDN enabled breaks theme

We have updated here on our staging site. You can see the nav issues at the top as well as the padding issues in the body: http://staging.adworld.ie/

Current live site to use for comparison. This is still running old theme files and works fine: http://www.adworld.ie/

We have determined that this issue only happens when we enable the CDN > MAXCDN option on the W3 total cache plugin. When we disable it it works fine. We have tried to enable it and clearing all caches to no avail.

So in short – W3 total cache with CDN enabled breaks our site with our new theme files – it was fine with the old files.

Have you come across an issue like this before?
