 * Hi there,
   We have currently noticed the site downtime. Additionally, in the error
   log, we identified some errors that may have contributed to the downtime. See

   We also checked all the file permissions, and the path mentioned seems to be
   755, which should not have caused the issue.

   Could you please review and let us know what the possible case might be, and
   provide suggestions or insights to resolve this issue in the future?

   We’ve received yoru email 
   and replied to it so please check your inbox.You are using DB caching with Disk
   caching mode. As you can see in the General settings page this is not recommended
   due to the various reasons.Please disable DB caching and delete the cache/db/
   folder and use memory based caching like Redis or memcached
