W3TC not minifying external CSS/JS

    Hi.
    Probably an old, unresolved issue. W3TC is not minifying/combining external CSS/JS (i.e. CSS/JS hosted elsewhere outside the domain where the plugin is installed. Typical example: googlefonts).
    No matter which setting is used.
    Any hints?
