 * I get the same error message when activating the plugin:
 * – WordPress 5.2.1
    – WP multisite network – WP LiveChat 8.0.36 – PHP 7.2
 * The message appears on top of the dashboard as well as in front-end pages.

 * Hi there,
 * This is unfortunately a known issue that occurs for some users when upgrading
   from older versions to newer versions and vice versa. We’re planning on fixing
   this in an upcoming release (not the immediate release we have planned for the
   next few weeks, but likely the next one).
 * For the moment there is 1 workaround to this but will require you to uninstall
   WP Live Chat, go to your WP database with some DB access tool like MySQL Workbench
   for example and to manually delete WPLC’s settings via a manual query i can provide.
   If you’re comfortable doing this and have the technical know-how, let me know
   and i’ll provide the SQL query you’d need to run. Unfortunately full assistance
   to do this for you or to explain how to use MySQL Workbench is not something
   i can provide.
