 * Looking at WordPress’s documentation, it looks like you might have something 
   else that is interfering with your internal wp_mail filter call.
 * If you look at the documentation here, that call is required to send an array:

 * …and for some reason your setup is sending a string.
 * Do you have any other plugins that might be doing something with outgoing email?
