• I am the admin person for a website http://www.tmlt.com.au, which uses the Virtue theme. It has been up for a few years now. The website is fine, but since yesterday, when I try to get into wp-admin, I keep getting the following error:

    ——————————
Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied in /home8/tmltcoma/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue/themeoptions/inc/class.redux_filesystem.php on line 104

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home8/tmltcoma/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue/themeoptions/inc/class.redux_filesystem.php:104) in /home8/tmltcoma/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1195
    —————————–

I haven’t updated anything, so I don’t know why it has suddenly started. Any ideas?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @naomiblythe,
I would suggest contacting your host. It seems like for whatever reason they are blocking something. Let me know what insight they give you.

Apparently, there are some corrupted Virtue files, and I have been told to re-upload the Virtue Theme. Given that I can’t get into WordPress admin, I downloaded the virtue theme zip file and will need to manually swap it all using ftp.

I am wondering, though, if that will wipe all my theme settings, and if so, which files do I need to keep in order to save the website.

    Thanks.

What version of the theme are you currently running? If you can’t access your WP admin your host should be able to do a backup for you.
Your settings should be saved upon upgrading. The only thing that wouldn’t be saved is if you had added anything to the theme files. But you should have been using a child theme if that were the case.
