Warning: preg_match():

Hello all,

I think I may have messed something up and I need some help to fix it.

I think it all started when I created a page and did not give it a title.

When I click on “all pages” I get a list of errors, as shown below:

I read that it may be an issue with a plugin. I deactivated all and the problem was still there. I changed to a twenty twelve theme and the issue was still there. I also tried to change the permalink structure to post-name instead of /%category%/&postname%/ and the problem was still there. When I made the permalink default it went away, but i want the post name as the slug. I also deleted the old page and deleted it from the trash, but the issue is still there.

Can anyone help please?
