 * On **almost all of my pages **there are visible errors of the following:
 * > Warning: preg_match(): Compilation failed: unmatched parentheses at offset
   > 25 in /home2/itsmeekc/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp.php on line 218
   > Warning: preg_match(): Compilation failed: unmatched parentheses at offset
   > 25 in /home2/itsmeekc/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp.php on line 219
 * And I have absolutely no idea what this could mean. However, my menu does not
show up (so perhaps it has to do with the menu?) In any case… I have tried almost
everything I could think of. Made sure my theme was updated, my wordpress updated,
   my plugins updated, etc.
 * Please help?

 * This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins,
and switch to the default Twenty Seventeen theme. If the problem goes away, enable
them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
 * If you can install plugins, install [Health Check](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/).
On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and
change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, **without affecting normal
   visitors to your site**.

 * How will I be able to return to Divi Child… I was not the person who set up the
initial pieces of my site and cannot contact them. The divi builder is important
for me to maintain my own site.
 * Also, I have done this progress before and narrowed it down to WooCommerce, but
I also need WooCommerce, so… what do I do if this turns out to be, yet again,
   a WooCommerce issue?

 * Switching theme is easy and safe, just don’t delete Divi Child. 😉
 * Simply activate the Twenty Seventeen theme, see if you have the same problem,
   and then activate Divi Child.
 * Or, use the Health Check plugin as mentioned above, which makes it even easier.

 * If you’re sure it’s WooCommerce (the only way to be sure is to see if the problem
goes away when it’s deactivated), I recommend reporting the problem at [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/)
so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

 * I apologize for not getting around to this until now. I deactivated all the plugins
and the problem still persists. I then used health check, reverted back to the
regular theme with troiubleshooting… the problem still persists.
 * Everything is updated. I’m running the most recent version of wp…

 * As it turns out, I needed to completely delete woocommerce in order to get rid
of that error. Do you know where I should direct my concerns about this conflict?

 * I recommend reporting the problem at [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/)
so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
