 * I think you may have emailed this question to us, and I answered it there, but
I wanted to add it here in case someone else experiences it.
 * That file is included in a wordfence installation so something might have gotten
corrupted in an auto update. As much as I hate to go this route (I feel like
the IT guy saying “reboot!”) try removing wordfence completely. This will remove
all settings too so if you want, export them (options page at bottom) and save
the provided key so you can import them later.
    - On the options page select the option (near bottom) that says “Delete Wordfence
      tables and data on deactivation?”
    - Uninstall normally through wordpress admin
    - Install the wordfence assistant plugin
    - Activate the plugin and use it to delete all wordfence tables and data.
    - Reinstall wordfence from the wordpress admin
    - Try a new scan. If you can verify its working like it should then try importing
settings from old install if you exported them earlier.
 * This should replace all the files completely and include any that aren’t there.
