Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter

    Hi

    I am getting the following error on my site: http://www.premiumhospitality.co.uk

    Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home4/casius14/public_html/premiumhospitality.co.uk/index.php:11) in /home4/casius14/public_html/premiumhospitality.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop/classes/jigoshop_session.class.php on line 22

    It goes away when I de-activate the plugin. I am using the theme Sommerce from ThemeForest and have had it working previously, However the site updated wordpress and both Jigoshop and now comes up with this error.

    Any ideas on how to fix it please?
