Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cookie

    Hi, today I came across an issue with one of my sites (www.hawce.com). Any plugins that integrates with the payed membership pro plugin is causing an issue that produced the following warning on screen:

    Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cookie – headers already sent by (output started at /home4/jimh/public_html/index.php:2) in /home4/jimh/public_html/wp-content/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/paid-memberships-pro.php on line 23

    Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter – headers already sent (output started at /home4/jimh/public_html/index.php:2) in /home4/jimh/public_html/wp-content/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/paid-memberships-pro.php on line 23

    Please, if anyone can help point me in the right direction of what could be the cause of the problem it would be much appreciated.
