 * thank you for using our plugin.
 * so far there have been no problems with the 5.9 version of wordpress. We have
   tested this extensively and also no other user has reported this issue to us.
   
   It could a problem with another plugin or your theme.
 * How ever we would like to test your form. please send it to our office email 
   at Mondula.
