 * Getting an error when submitting an email address to the newsletter list. The
   email still gets added, it just shows this warning on top.

 * Was a name entered in the Name field of the form? Try setting a conditional like
   what to do if the name or email fields are not set.
 * There does not seem to be much development on this script that looks more like
   a demo project from a decade ago.
