Was temped to try it

I was looking for a plugin to aid in making my site mobile and this is the first one i clicked on. Of course i read the reviews to see what other people thought of it and some liked it some had issues (specifically with support) but that was not going to prevent me from trying it out. What really stopped me from downloading was the responses given by the author of this plugin. Instead of resolving the issues and trying to work with his costumers he attacks them leading me to believe that if i have an issue, i should not ask the author for help in fear that he might attack me for asking. 2 stars for taking the time to write the plug in -3 for not knowing how to talk to people.
