    Hi,

    Im looking for a decent feedback plugin that will display a message something like this.

    Did this article solve your problem?
    Yes – No

    If visitors choose “No” then the “reason” box will collapse wherein they can type messages.

    I am looking for this too.
    I would like if they say “Yes”, it asks, “What part did you like best?” and then if they say “No” it says, “What was missing?”
