 * Hello! Love the tool! I have accessibility alerts that need some tending. (Ignore
   the very low contrast – that’s not yours. 🙂 )
 * In the multiple-choice or multiple-answer questions, there should be a fieldset
   around the radio buttons and checkboxes. This is essential for screen readers.
 * Also, there is redundant title text for the “loading” gif for both the question
   content and the results.

 * Thanks for your feedback. I’m afraid doing such changes is quite problematic 
   because they’ll break any design adjustments that old users have done. We’ll 
   think about it.
