 * I have a friend living in a remote region of Spain who I’m in the process of
   helping build a website for the restaurant he’s taken over. His issue is that
   his ISP connection speed leaves _**a lot**_ to be desired ~2-5 mpbs, and it prevents
   him from being able to effectively manage his site. He’s hosted via SiteGround(
   GrowBig)…He really doesn’t have a lot of plugins on the site, but he is using
   a rather robust/intensive theme (Avada).
 * He’s at the point in realizing that he has to move on elsewhere in terms of a
   WP theme. I’ll help him towards that end, but the questions I have for the board
   are the following:
 * Would defining multiple user accounts (limiting admin access via a user role
   editor plugin) help with admin screen load times? Perhaps would a plugin like
   Adminimize play an active role here in that regard?
 * What tips would you otherwise give to somebody whose ISP is on the extremely
   low-end of the speedometer? (ISP change is out of the question due to remote
   locale)..

 * Interesting. Thanks for the link!
 * Though dated, one of the simplest solutions seems to be dropping the following
   snippet into the config file:
 * `define( ‘WP_HTTP_BLOCK_EXTERNAL’, true );
