WC Admin Panel Javascript Conflict – WP 4.0 / WC 2.1.12

A client’s WooCommerce installation is experiencing javascript errors on specific WooCommerce pages in the back-end. On “Edit Product” pages, Downloadable Files cannot be added – clicking the “Add File” button jerks the screen to the top of the page with no other action. In addition to this, the edit coupon page seems to be afflicted by the same issue. Anything requiring javascript on the page is inaccessible. Here is the WP/WC Install info:
