 * The call to the_post_thumbnail in includes/templates/content.php results in hardcoded
   width and height attributes in the <img> tag. Does anyone know how I can remove/
   override these and manage the post thumbnail size using CSS (i.e. as a percentage)?
 * Many thanks.
