 * Clean talk has managed to lock me out of my site. I lock my site through ithemes
   sync and now because of this web crawler page, sync can’t sync and I am locked
   out until my time stated for the lock out is finished. As sooon as I can I am
   gettinig rid of this plugin.

 * Please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the “Complete Deactivation”
   option:
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced
   settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes;
 * • WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk—
   > Deactivate and Delete.
 * Then install the plugin:

 * If the issue still persists after these steps, please create a topic in our support
   system:
