 * Hi there!
 * I’m here to help.
 * Kadence Navigation is a feature of the Kadence Blocks plugin. I tested this on
   my website by logging in to an Editor user account, going to Kadence > Navigations,
   and editing a navigation post.
 * However, I didn’t encounter an error 500.
 * We could know more about the real error if you reach out to your hosting provider
   and ask for a copy of your website’s PHP error log.
 * Also, try flushing your permalinks and see if that will fix the issue with the
   endpoints:
    1. Go to Dashboard > `Settings` > `Permalinks`.
    2. **Without making any changes**, just click the **“Save Changes”** button.
 * Let me know how it goes.

 * Hello, sorry for the delay. I can’t solve the problem. It’s not that simple.
   The 500 error isn’t displayed on the screen; we detect it in any browser’s console.
 * I’m sending screenshots.
 * Error 500:

 * Hi [@esteban88](https://wordpress.org/support/users/esteban88/) !
 * Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, too.
 * 403 is a permission issue. Error 500 could be vague as it can be caused by anything.
   As previously mentioned, could you reach out to your hosting provider and ask
   for a copy of your website’s PHP error log?
 * Also, could you confirm if you’ve tried flushing your permalinks?
    1. Go to Dashboard > `Settings` > `Permalinks`.
    2. **Without making any changes**, just click the **“Save Changes”** button.
 * Is there any plugin on your website that changes capabilities for user roles?
   If you’re not sure, it’s also worth deactivating plugins one by one to see if
   one of them is causing the issue. We have a guide here to help you do this troubleshooting
   step: **_[Temporarily deactivating plugins](https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/temporarily-deactivating-plugins/)_**
 * Let me know how I can assist you further with this.

 * Hi, sorry for the delay again. I’ve partially resolved this issue with the PublishPress
   Capabilities plugin by granting Kadence Blocks permissions to editors. For some
   reason, it’s blocking them. I’ve been working on this a lot and decided to stick
   with the plugin. It shouldn’t be like this, but I’m tired of it now. I guess
   I won’t choose Kadence for sites with multiple authors and/or editors in the
   future. Thanks.
