    Hi there,

unfortunately I’m experiencing some trouble with google web stories and elementor. It’s not possible to see the stories anymore and at the same time I get the error that the website can’t be saved. Also the elementor plugin doesn’t work anymore and I can’t make any changes to my website. I already tried deactivating plugins individually with the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. But nothing works.

Thanks in advance for any support,
    Kind regards,

    Benjamin

  • Hello @bennithieme thanks for getting in touch. If the conflict is with Elementor then i would suggest contacting the Elementor support team for further assistance.

I would be happy to check your setup if you could share your Site Health Information. You can share this using our private form. Could you please also share any console errors you may be seeing.

    Dear Adam,

thank you very much for your kind and fast response.
Luckily I was able to find a solution for this issue. Turns out I had to do an actualization for my permalinks.

Unfortunately I have another issue about a different subject. Maybe you can help me with that as well. I have several links on my stories to jump between different stories I created. Unfortunately each link always opens up in a new tab. How can I avoid this?

    Kind regards,
    Benjamin Thieme

@bennithieme Glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue you were facing. With regards to opening links on your Stories in the same tab this is unfortunately not an option. This is expected and a design decision.

Is there anything else I can help you with?
