# Webhook Connection Failure

 * Hi, I have tried some many way to connect the webhook to our stripe account. 
   Just won’t allow me to connect when I tried connect with Signing Secret. Has 
   any one had some issue?

 * Hi, thank you for your response. I did. Followed every step. And I purposely 
   deactivated the other plug-in too just to see if there was any interferences.
   Still not connecting. Thank you

 * Please ensure this site uses [Pretty Permalinks](https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/tickets-commerce-permalinks/),
   as described in our Knowledgebase article.
 * Also, check that nothing is blocking the REST API on this site and that Tickets
   Commerce isn’t in Test Mode under **Tickets > Settings > Payments**.

 * I have tribble checked your recommendation. Only things are, stripe is returning

 * And once I put in the webhook link on the browser :[https://champagneshowgirls.ca/wp-json/tribe/tickets/v1/commerce/stripe/webhook](https://champagneshowgirls.ca/wp-json/tribe/tickets/v1/commerce/stripe/webhook)
 * it shows

 * I have checked the plug-in files, there is a folder for paypal, but no folder
   for stripe.

 * It sounds like something is blocking the REST API, maybe a security plugin, or
   a host’s firewall.
