# Webhook end point doesn’t complete order process

 * Hi,
 * I saw that you now implemented a webhook to complete the process of payment, 
   thank you. I have place the webhook in Coinbase Commerce, using the self generated
   url [https://www.mysite.com/?rest_route=/ccfwc/v1/complete-payment](https://www.mysite.com/?rest_route=/ccfwc/v1/complete-payment).
 * I placed this webhook into (see screenshot) Coinbase Commerce but it still doesn’t
   communicate the full process. [⌊webhook⌉](https://ibb.co/dLjxQBh)
 * The payment goes through, but in woocommerce the order is on hold as if it coinbase
   never communicated with my website.
 * Is there a missed setting? Please let me know.
