 * Hello good afternoon, I am a developer and I constantly need to integrate wordpress
   with woocommerce to my systems and clients. I don’t know if this is the exact
   place for this but I did tests directly with WooCommerce Webhooks and WP Webhooks,
   they both get the same result.
 * I know there is a function that disables WooCommerce webhooks when a certain 
   amount of “failed_delivery” errors are reached, but even changing the value to
   100 million attempts, the hooks system fails after a certain time.
 * At first I thought that the fact that WooCommerce’s own webhooks could be the
   cause of the problem so I purchased WP Webhooks PRO thinking that this could 
   be a valid solution, I’m still in the 14 day trial period and I already realized
   that the problem is not WooCommerce or WP Webhooks but something internal in 
   wordpress.
 * I would like to know if there is something inside wordpress that disables the
   sending of webhooks? If yes, what is it and how can I disable it? Could you tell
   me if it’s a problem with the wordpress update (I use 5.9)?
 * Through the log, the system demonstrates a normal state and that it is delivering
   the desired url, even though it does not receive the data.

 * In short, even putting WooCommerce’s number of allowable failures to 100 million
   attempts, the webhooks system simply stops sending POSTs after a while.
 * additional information, I used 2 themes, Astra and Ocean WP, in Ocean the webhook
   works for about 1 and a half days, in Astra it is already 1 hour, at most 2 hours,
   the results were obtained with the native webhooks of WooCommerce and WP Webhooks
   PRO webhooks.
 * wordpress version: 5.9.1
    WooCommerce version: 6.2.0 memory limit: 512 MB PHP
   version: 7.4.27 database (zip_wc_webhooks table): Data: 0.02MB + Index: 0.02MB
   + InnoDB engine Hosting: Hostgator VPS hosting integration (webhooks endpoints):
   Hostgator VPS Current theme: Ocean WP
