# .webp convert

 * Hi everyone,
 * I have a problem with the Imagify plugin. Namely, it only generates the .webp
   format for one size. For 1920×960 dimensions or the others, the webp format is
   not provided.
 * I am using WP 5.6.1 with the Uncode theme.
 * There is a way to fix the problem?

 * I’m really sorry you’re having issues with this!
 * Just to be sure, do you have all of your thumbnail sizes enabled in the “Files
   Optimization” section in your Imagify plugin settings page? I just want to be
   sure, because if not, then the WebP versions for those sizes won’t be generated
   either.
 * Also, is this happening for older images, new ones you’re uploading to your Media
   Library, or both?
 * Could I please have a link to one or two of your images (links to the thumbnail
   sizes may be helpful as well)? I may be able to provide better advice and suggestions
   if I can take a closer look for you.
 * I’ll look forward to your response so we can hopefully get this resolved for 
   you!
