However the home page isn’t a page I can write on so I created a separate page called home page. I also deactivated all the plugins so I can update wordpress. However when I set the account to powrloadr.com/1/home-page/ the whole website looks different. Also now when I try to sign in to the admin it gives me an error message. Where did I go wrong? and how do I fix it? You can then create a html page that give the message that you want. * The website looks different because it cannot find your stylesheet. Without digging around, there’s not a whole lot more that I can tell you. * As for the inability to sign in to the admin, you’re getting a 404 error. My next move is to delete the old files and then transfer the new wordpress files.
