Flatsome’s UX builder is not loading.

Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://themeforest.net/item/flatsome-multipurpose-responsive-woocommerce-theme/5484319/support

Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    Hello @nxkien2410

If you’re the website administrator, follow these steps:

    • Check the SSL Certificate: Use a tool like SSL Labs SSL Test to check the status of the certificate for http://www.bacsivutrongtien.vn.
    • Renew/Install/Configure SSL Certificate: If the SSL certificate is expired or improperly installed, renew or reconfigure it using a trusted CA.
    • Ensure Proper Domain Configuration: Ensure the SSL certificate matches the domain name and subdomain you’re using (e.g., http://www.bacsivutrongtien.vn).
    • Update Server Security Settings: Make sure your server supports the latest encryption standards (TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3) and doesn’t use deprecated protocols like SSL or early versions of TLS.
    • Fix Mixed Content Issues: Ensure all resources on your site are loaded over HTTPS.
