# Website Access

 * The organization has recently changed the website password last week. We are 
   unable to login to the website (via the coha.org portal at the bottom of the 
   web page) since the password has changed. We have attempted multiple times to
   reset the password and WordPress does not send a link an appropriate link to 
   [coha@coha.org](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/website-access/coha@coha.org?output_format=md)
   to reset the password and access the website.
 * We are desperately seeking help to see what information or identification verification
   WordPress can accept to remotely reset the password to access coha.org via the
   website.
