 * Cannot retrieve email instructions for PHP site issue because WordPress will 
   not allow for our site to update the admin email. We’ve sent several requests
   prior to our site crashing but we can’t seem to find answers on changing our 
   admin email to [logistics@hgcappatel.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/website-admin-email-access-php-issue/logistics@hgcappatel.com?output_format=md).
   We’ve been trying to change since April.

 * Please ask your hosting provider if you have no idea about database.
    here is
   instruction. 1) Open phpmyadmin 2) open wp_option table 3) change email id for:
   admin_email

 * We can’t access the admin because of the PHP issue. It states: There has been
   a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for
   instructions.
 * We can’t access the email to retrieve the instructions. Is there anyway to get
   the email? We’ve sent countless requests and we never receive the email to confirm
   the update.
