   in panel it caught a 403 permission issue. But after receiving wordpress mail

 * Apologies for a late reply. Hopefully you’ve resolved this by now.
 * Please do not “bump” topics. Doing so does not have the effect you likely intended.
   In fact, until recently, it greatly reduced your topic’s visibility. Even now,
   bumping will not improve your topic’s visibility.
 * If you are properly logged in and you get a 403 response when requesting admin.
   php files, it’s likely an issue with your server configuration. In some cases
   the file’s permissions or ownership are incorrect. Sometimes the server’s modSecurity
   configuration needs to be adjusted. Permissions can usually be changed via FTP
   or your host’s file manager app. You’ll likely need your host’s assistance for
   ownership or modSecurity issues.
