 * I have tried to back up website but receive the following message after the backup
   runs for a short time —
 * We were unable to create a backup of your website due to the following:
 * Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “PDO” not found in /home/c8dnnxbpqtr9/public_html/
   wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup/vendor/ifsnop/mysqldump-php/src/Ifsnop/Mysqldump/
   Mysqldump.php:157

   Thanks for
   reaching out, and I’m sorry you’re running into this issue during your backup
   attempt.The error message you’re seeing, Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “
   PDO” not found, usually means that the PDO (PHP Data Objects) extension is not
   enabled on your server.
 * To help troubleshoot further, could you let me know:
 * • What PHP version your site is currently using
   • What kind of hosting or server
   environment you’re running (shared hosting, VPS, etc.)
 * These details will help me guide you more accurately. You may also want to check
   with your host to confirm that the PDO extension is enabled in your PHP configuration.

 * Where do I find the PHP version? I am using GoDaddy as the host and you Boldgrid
   for the website.
