We are extremely sorry to hear about you issue and would be very glad to assist you, however to proceed we will need Booster to be enabled on your website and the website connected to 10Web Dashboard – it can be done in Test Mode. When the Test Mode is enabled, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster.
To enable the test mode:
- Log in to your 10Web account
- Click on the website where you want to enable the test mode
- To the left of the dashboard under Website Booster click on Frontend > Settings tab
- In the Test Mode section, click the toggle
- Click on Enable to activate

I Tried but could not able to find that JS file. Could you help me out with this?. Need that mobile menu hamburger which is not opening and the 1st strip video which is not playing JS file to be excluded.

Unfortunately, manual optimization is not included in your current plan. If you are encountering difficulties, kindly consider disabling JS Aggregation..
