# Website Cache Cannot be Cleared

 * Hello we do face a problem…. At many sites we get this error:
 * Website Cache Cannot be Cleared: Your website has been optimized, but something
   is preventing us from cleaning the cache automatically.
 * So we have to manually clear the cache….
 * Our server is litespeed…. We don’t use the plugin though…. Any idea what is causing
   this?

   Thank you 
   for contacting us.
 * Please, kindly install LiteSpeed plugin for all the websites using LiteSpeed 
   server. This will make sure we can clear the cache with no issues. Once the plugin
   is installed, please locate the plugin’s menu in WP Admin and ensure that it 
   is configured as follows: 
    1. In the Cache -> Purge tab, ‘[Purge All On Upgrade](https://gyazo.com/51e3b07a30cc023eea6f5150bf6dd1a6)‘
       should be ON.
    2. All options from the[ ‘Image Optimization’ and ‘Page Optimization’ ](https://gyazo.com/c27e53bda50075a7de81e5ff01f551ba)
       tabs should be turned OFF.
