# Website doesn’t highlight

 * Hi,
 * I’ve just downloaded the plugin and was excited to use.
    I watched video and 
   proceeded to use the plugin. When I get to visual editor mode the site preview
   is to the right and the nothing highlights so I’m unable to select anything.
 * Is there a reason for this?
    I need to highlight the website elements in order
   to edit. Currently again nothing highlights
 * please assist

 * Hi, try a quick plugin conflict test. Does the visual editor work if you deactivate
   all other plugins at once? If the issue is not solved, you can reactivate all
   plugins as the test has failed. However, if the issue is solved with all plugins
   deactivated except for SO CSS then reactivate your plugins one at a time, check
   the issue after each activation to find the conflict.

 * Please, open a new support topic and try the steps I’ve outlined above and let
   us know how that goes. Be sure to clear any caching/optimisation plugins before
   deactivating them as part of the test.

    It was a plugin conflict
   Deactivate them all new reactivate the siteorigin plugin first and test it without
   any others activated. Then activate the other plugins one by one and test them
   in between activating the next one.
 * My plugin conflict was a caching plugin.
