# Website down including admin

 * Hi…I just did an update to my website [http://www.holyname.net](http://www.holyname.net).
   Now the entire site is down and I can’t even get into my admin portal. This is
   for a school, please help

 * Looks like you’ve run into a ‘white screen of death’. This is a common problem,
   and described in [the WordPress Codex](http://codex.wordpress.org/Common_WordPress_Errors#The_White_Screen_of_Death).
   Check out that page and follow the steps listed, it will more than likely resolve
   your issue.
