# Website is not loading properly

 * I have had my website lurodtax.com running for over 6 months using the Tax Help
   theme with no issues. Over the last two weeks, I have noticed that sometime the
   website loads as designed and most of the time it loads with the wrong formatting,
   things are missing and others are duplicated. When I log in as an admin and I
   go to the “Customize Your Site” section the website loads and looks fine. I am
   not sure what is going on. Can someone please provide some suggestions?

 * Hello Diego,
 * I can see you have minified your CSS using W3 Total Cache plugin. That can _sometimes_
   cause the websites to not look the way you want it to. You can try disabling 
   that feature (or the plugin) and check.

   without creating these issues?
