- check your site via gtmetrix.com; check the waterfull; any big files?
- right click mouse in chrome browser and see if there are any errors
- install a caching plugin
- install a imag compression plugin
- install the plugin Query Monitoring, which also indicates which plugins or elementor potentially slow it all down
This is an extremely vague question which could have a wide range of answers. I recommend you hire a developer so you get the answer unique to your situation. Otherwise you are wasting your time and other people’s time here.

Recommend doing one of his suggestions at a time, and yes using a site like https://pagespeed.web.dev/ can help, since it generally also provides recommendations for areas where you’ve failed speed tests.
