Serve a supercache file to anonymous users while a new file is being generated.(
Recommended) Clear all cache files when a post or page is published or updated.
 * Refresh preload cache time 0
 * all other are normal settings.
 * What could be the issue to encounter the old data frequently.?

 * Don’t use Cloudflare and WP Super Cache but if you must do, then enable the debug
log in the plugin. Update your site and note that the plugin deletes lots of
   cache files.
Now request whatever page was updated. Check the debug log. Did*
your* browser generate a debug log entry requesting a page? If not then it was
   probably cached by Cloudflare.
 * I’m not going to tell you how to use Cloudflare and this plugin together as I
don’t use Cloudflare. Use one or the other.

 * In the plugin settings there’s a “Debug” tab, go into that page and activate
it there. You can see the debug log there too.
