website missing can't log in

I got a call the other day from someone trying to sell me SEO. We do not have a budget for that so I said no thanks. The next day our wordpress website was linking to a site advertising:
Parallels Plesk Panel, the leading hosting automation software. You see this page because there is no Web site at this address.

You can do the following:

and I could not gain access to our webpage even by logging in to Word Press. Is Word Press owned by Parallels Plesk Panel or what? Have I lost our web page entirely by telling these people no?
