# Website not loading

 * We have been running this website for about a year now, and all of a sudden it
   is not loading. I can see the menu come up, like the graphics, but nothing else.
   No pictures, no text, nothing. Our site is [http://www.xpphotogear.com](http://www.xpphotogear.com)
   
   I recently just transferred another website over to my bluehost account, I don’t
   know if that had anything to do with it. But, I have contacted bluehost as well.

 * Looks like there’s a problem in your current theme. Try:
    – switching to the 
   default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes
   and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients)
   or whatever file management application your host provides.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

 * I have no idea what this means? 🙁 When I downloaded wordpress, I installed this
   theme and that was a year ago. I guess I should go back to the help menu for 
   that theme? I barely know wordpress and am not technically inclined.

 * Changing to the default theme is a way to start trying to identify where the 
   problem is. If you are not able to access the backend (Dashboard), you will need
   to use FTP (or Cpanel) to access the files on your site. In those files, find
   themes folder and first check that there is twentytwelve or twentyeleven theme
   in that folder. If so, find the folder of the theme you are using and change 
   the name on that folder. WP will then use one of the other themes – and you should
   then be able to login.
