# Website Not Loading – 'Failed Opening Required WP-Includes.php'

 * 1am this morning my site decided to somehow stop working. Only managed to notice
   this this afternoon and am only aware that it was 1am as when I go into my public_html
   folder on my file manager I can see that there was a last change to the wp-includes
   folder at 1am.
 * Using Filezilla I can’t see what files are in there to stop them working, but
   when I load my website (www.abfilmreview.com) it comes up saying:
 * Warning: require(/home/theaandb/public_html/wp-includes/load.php): failed to 
   open stream: Permission denied in /home/theaandb/public_html/wp-settings.php 
   on line 21
 * Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/theaandb/public_html/wp-
   includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php54/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php54/
   usr/share/php’) in /home/theaandb/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21
 * I haven’t made any changes to the php files and the last time I was active and
   updated the site was on Sunday. Any help getting my site back up and running 
   is greatly appreciated.

 * That sounds like a permissions issue – have you tried resetting the permissions
   across your site to see if that fixes the issue?

 * Unfortunately because of this issue I can’t even access the admin page. I have
   a feeling it might be an issue with the host server though.
